How can we help?

Email us at contact@trtai.app — we read every message. Common questions below.

Frequently asked

Does TRT AI replace my doctor?

No. TRT AI is a tracking tool. It does not calculate, recommend, or adjust medication doses. Always consult a qualified clinician for any TRT decision. See our Terms for the full disclaimer.

Which compounds are supported?

Testosterone Cypionate, Enanthate, Propionate, Sustanon 250, Nebido, AndroGel, Testopel, HCG, Anastrozole, Enclomiphene, Clomid and Aromasin. The catalogue updates as new protocols emerge.

Which lab markers can I track?

Total T, Free T, Estradiol (sensitive and standard), SHBG, LH, FSH, Prolactin, Hematocrit, Hemoglobin, RBC, PSA, ALT, AST, HDL, LDL, Triglycerides, DHEA-S, Cortisol, TSH, Free T3, Free T4, Blood Pressure and Resting Heart Rate — across labs over time.

Where is my data stored?

On your iPhone, encrypted at rest. The AI weekly read runs on-device via Apple FoundationModels — no data is uploaded to a cloud LLM. See the Privacy Policy for details.

How do I cancel my subscription?

On your iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → TRT AI → Cancel. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store policy.

Can I export my data to share with a clinician?

Yes. In the app: Settings → Export. You'll get a PDF report and a CSV of every dose, lab and daily signal you've logged.

Is TRT AI on Android?

Not yet. The AI weekly read relies on Apple FoundationModels, which is iOS-only. We may revisit Android once a comparable on-device model is available.

I found a bug. Where do I report it?

Email contact@trtai.app with your iPhone model, iOS version, app version (Settings → About) and a short description of what you did and what happened. Screenshots welcome.
