The AI Weekly Read

The clearest reading of your TRT week you can get on iPhone.

Every weekly read ends with a verdict, a watch-list, and the evidence that earned it — across labs, doses and daily signals.

A verdict, in plain language.

On protocol, drifting, or out of range — paired with a watch-list of markers and a recommended next step before your next bloodwork.

A verdict, in plain language.

Tracked marker by marker.

Total T, Free T, Estradiol, SHBG, Hematocrit, PSA and a dozen more — every draw landed on a timeline, every value checked against your optimal range.

Tracked marker by marker.

Your dose, your protocol.

Pause and auto-resume protocols, rotate injection sites, log every shot, syringe, vial and pellet — without a spreadsheet.

Your dose, your protocol.

Private by default. Sharable when you choose.

Every reading lives on your iPhone — but exports cleanly when you want to walk into your clinician's office with the full picture.

Private by default. Sharable when you choose.

Built for the protocol

Thoughtful details, all the way down.

Dose & syringe calculator.

Cypionate, Enanthate, Propionate, Sustanon, cream, pellet, HCG — convert between mg, mL, IU and units in seconds.

Twelve lab markers.

Total T, Free T, E2, SHBG, Hematocrit, PSA, LH, FSH, Prolactin, DHEA, Cortisol, TSH — tracked on one timeline with optimal-range bands.

Injection site rotation.

Glute, deltoid, ventroglute, quad, pec — visual rotation with cooldown so the same site never gets two shots in a row.

On-device AI, native to iPhone.

SwiftUI + Apple FoundationModels. Your labs, your protocol, your signals — analysed on the iPhone itself, never uploaded to the cloud.

How it works

Four habits. The app does the arithmetic.

Tracking only works if it survives a bad week, so every input is built to take seconds rather than minutes.

Log the shot in seconds

Pick the compound, confirm the dose, tap the site. The calculator has already converted your prescribed milligrams to mL and syringe units, and site rotation blocks the same site twice in a row.

Add each blood draw

Enter a panel as it arrives. Every marker lands on its own timeline against your range band, so the third draw tells you a direction instead of another isolated number.

Check in daily, in five seconds

Libido, morning erection, energy, mood, sleep, strength, mental clarity. Cheap to record, and the only way a pattern becomes visible later.

Read the weekly summary

The on-device AI reads dose adherence, lab trends and daily signals together, then gives you a verdict, a watch-list and the evidence behind it — plus an export you can hand to your clinician.

Twelve lab markers

Every marker on your panel, on one timeline.

A TRT panel arrives as a column of numbers with no story attached. TRT AI puts each marker on its own timeline against your range band, with the protocol that produced it underneath — so the third draw shows a direction instead of another isolated value. What each marker measures does not change between clinics; what your value means is your clinician's call.

Lab markers tracked by TRT AI, their common units, and what each one measures
MarkerCommon unitsWhat it measures
Total Testosteroneng/dL · nmol/LAll testosterone in serum — bound to SHBG, bound to albumin and unbound, together. The headline number guidelines frame monitoring around.
Free Testosteronepg/mL · pmol/LThe unbound fraction only, roughly 1–3% of the total. Requested when total testosterone and symptoms disagree.
SHBGnmol/LThe binding protein that holds testosterone tightly. It decides how much of a given total is actually free.
Estradiol (E2)pg/mL · pmol/LThe estrogen made from testosterone by aromatase. In men the sensitive (LC-MS/MS) assay is the one worth trending.
Hematocrit%The share of blood volume made of red cells — the safety marker most likely to interrupt a protocol.
Hemoglobing/dLThe oxygen-carrying protein inside red cells. Reported on the same blood count and moves with hematocrit.
PSAng/mLProstate-specific antigen. Prostate-safety marker with pre-treatment limits and first-year attention in guidelines.
LHIU/LThe pituitary signal to the testes. Suppressed by exogenous testosterone, so it mostly confirms suppression on therapy.
FSHIU/LThe second pituitary signal, used alongside LH to separate testicular from central causes before therapy.
Prolactinng/mLA pituitary hormone measured as part of a standard low-testosterone work-up.
DHEA-Sµg/dLAdrenal androgen precursor — context for symptoms that get blamed on testosterone.
Cortisol · TSHµg/dL · mIU/LStress-axis and thyroid context. Fatigue and low libido are not testosterone-specific, and these are the obvious alternatives.

None of this is interpretation. TRT AI records and charts; the reading is a clinical judgement. For what each marker means in more depth, start with TRT blood test markers explained.

Guides

Understand your bloodwork before you argue about it.

Six plain-English guides on the things men on TRT actually search for: what each marker measures, how injection frequency changes peaks and troughs, hematocrit and blood donation, estradiol assays, and when to draw a panel. Informational only, every clinical claim cited to the Endocrine Society guideline, AUA guidance, FDA labelling or PubMed.

FAQ

The questions that come up first.

Does TRT AI replace my doctor?

No. TRT AI is a tracking and self-organisation tool. It does not calculate, recommend, or adjust medication doses, and it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified clinician for any TRT decision.

Which lab markers does TRT AI track?

Twelve on one timeline: Total Testosterone, Free Testosterone, Estradiol, SHBG, Hematocrit, PSA, LH, FSH, Prolactin, DHEA, Cortisol and TSH. Each draw lands on a per-marker timeline with your protocol underneath it, so a change in a number can be read against the dose history that produced it.

Which compounds does TRT AI support?

TRT AI covers Testosterone Cypionate, Enanthate, Propionate, Sustanon 250, Nebido, AndroGel, Testopel, HCG, Anastrozole, Enclomiphene, Clomid and Aromasin — plus a catalogue that updates as new protocols emerge.

Is TRT AI available on Android?

TRT AI is currently iPhone only. The on-device AI weekly read runs on Apple FoundationModels, which is iOS-exclusive.

Where is my data stored?

Local-first by default. Every dose, lab and signal lives on your iPhone. The AI weekly read runs on-device — no data is uploaded to the cloud for analysis. You can export to PDF or CSV when you want to share with a clinician.

Is TRT AI free?

Yes — the app is free on the App Store, including your first protocol, dose logging, lab tracking and the watermarked clinician brief. An optional subscription unlocks depth such as multiple protocols, CSV export and longer history. The three browser calculators on this site are free and need no account.

Philosophy

A protocol doesn't fail because you missed a dose — it fails because the small drifts add up. The AI surfaces the drifts.

What TRT AI is — and isn't

TRT AI reads dose, lab and daily signals and gives you a confidence-based read on your protocol. It is not medical advice, it does not adjust your dose, and it does not replace a clinician for any TRT decision.

Everything on this site — the app, the free calculators and the guides — is informational. Nothing here recommends, calculates or adjusts a medication dose, and no page should be used to start, stop or change a protocol without the clinician who prescribes it. Full detail in the Terms and Privacy policy.
