Overview
TRT AI is an iPhone application focused on testosterone-protocol tracking. We collect the minimum information needed to log your doses, store your lab values, run the on-device AI weekly read, and keep the app reliable.
Data we may process
- Account identifiers required for subscription state.
- Dose, injection, vial, pellet and ancillary entries that you log.
- Lab values that you record manually or import.
- Daily signals such as libido, morning erection, energy, mood, sleep, strength and side-effect tags, plus optional weekly responses, appointments, prescription records, travel plans and semen-analysis records stored on your device.
- Optional feedback text and the contact email you provide when sending a support request.
- Optional HealthKit reads (weight, waist, resting heart rate, blood pressure and, on supported systems, the medication history you choose to share) only when you grant permission. HealthKit records stay on your device and are not sent to our analytics provider.
- Diagnostic and crash information used to improve stability.
- Subscription metadata processed through Apple's billing flows.
How we use it
- To compute schedules, reminders, charts, trends and the weekly AI read.
- To improve recognition quality on lab PDF imports.
- To prevent abuse and protect account integrity.
- To respond to support requests and lawful requirements.
The on-device AI weekly read
The weekly summary uses Apple FoundationModels and runs on your iPhone. No prompt and no input data is sent to a cloud model. Free-text fields are sanitised before being passed to the model. In version 1.4, generated summaries and clinical analytics properties are filtered before analytics events are sent. Earlier versions may send generated summaries and treatment-related event properties to PostHog for quality monitoring. Those events are associated with a persistent installation identifier; removing names from text does not make them anonymous. Updating the app does not erase previously collected events.
Third-party services
TRT AI relies on third-party providers for analytics (PostHog, EU-hosted) and subscription receipt validation (RevenueCat). Operational analytics can include installation identifiers, screen and feature interactions, app and device information, subscription state and diagnostic details. RevenueCat processes purchase and entitlement information to provide paid features. Feedback is sent only when you choose to submit it. Apple manages all App Store payments. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
Your dose log, lab values and daily signals live on your iPhone and are removed when you delete the app or use the in-app reset. Analytics events are retained only as long as needed to monitor quality and resolve issues. You may request deletion of any data we hold at any time.
Your rights
Where applicable law applies, you can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data. Email contact@trtai.app with enough information to help us locate your request or installation. TRT AI does not require an account, and we may need additional information to verify and fulfil your request.
Security
We apply technical and organizational safeguards. No system can be guaranteed fully secure, but we continuously improve the controls we apply.
Disclaimer
TRT AI provides a tracking surface and a confidence-based AI summary based on the data you enter. It is not medical advice, it does not calculate, recommend or adjust doses, and it does not replace a clinician for any TRT decision.
In short
Your protocol stays on your phone. The AI reads it there. Nothing about your bloodwork is uploaded for analysis.
Updates
We may update this policy when features or legal obligations change. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date above.
