1. Acceptance
By installing or using TRT AI you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. What TRT AI provides
TRT AI is a self-tracking surface for people on a clinician-prescribed testosterone, hormone-replacement or hormone-optimization protocol. It logs doses, schedules reminders, tracks lab values, computes trends, and produces an on-device AI weekly read summarising what changed across your dose log, labs and daily signals.
3. What TRT AI is not
TRT AI is not medical advice. It does not calculate, recommend or adjust medication doses, it does not diagnose or treat any condition, and it does not replace a clinician for any TRT decision. The market for hormone protocols is regulated; you are responsible for using the app within the laws of your jurisdiction.
4. Acceptable use
- You will not represent the AI weekly read as a medical opinion or a guarantee.
- You will not use the app to evade clinical supervision required by your jurisdiction.
- You will not upload content you do not have the right to use.
- You will not abuse, reverse engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
5. Subscriptions and pricing
TRT AI may offer free and paid features. Paid features are billed through Apple. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled in your Apple subscriptions settings. Refunds are handled by Apple per their policies.
6. The AI weekly read
The weekly read is a heuristic summary generated from the data you enter, run on-device. It can be incomplete, wrong, or misleading. Treat it as one signal among many — never as a clinical decision. We may revise how the read is generated as the underlying on-device model improves.
7. No warranty
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty that any summary, chart, calculation or reminder will be accurate for any specific protocol or person. Use the app as one input among others, especially when a decision could affect your health.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRT AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes
We may update these terms when features or legal requirements change. Continued use of the app after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
